One of the best Recruitment Video's that you're likely to see....

Now although recruitment video's aren't new, the New Zealand Police Force has just produced one that is going viral. Why is it so good? Well - click here and see for yourself.
It's entertaining, funny, original and tell me if I'm wrong, it kind of makes you want to become a cop in New Zealand!
The video features more than 70 New Zealand active Police Officers, the New Zealand Police Pipe Band, as well as a police cat and an internet sensation by the name of William "Waiirua" Cribb.
Over the course of less than 3 minutes it focuses on their emphasis on team work, the different kinds of careers you can have within the police force as well as their commitment to diversity within their workforce.
It's great to see an employer (particularly one as serious as the police force) take some risks with their recruitment strategy. In this case it certainly looks like the risks are going to pay off.
