Introduction

The purpose of this article is to outline the current focus of the company ‘ONE’ – that we consider as the New World Order.

Onespacebar Communications Private Limited, also known as ONE, is a captive internet company established in 2019, MSME registered and certified by the Government of India. The parent company has begun partnering with a Semi-Government Entity, that provides bandwidth for our target market. Under the parent company there are 25 different business verticals – some in partnership with other companies to provide premium services to the target market and some wherein the parent company takes pride in running the operations for. The purpose of starting these verticals is to provide an end-to-end concierge service to our Clients through the high-speed internet provided by ONE, a speed that has never been matched before. 

We are next generation entrepreneurs and we want to build on top of values with respect to privacy – treasure and conserve it into an asset class over capital.

 

F.A.A.N.G.S

Data is your biggest asset at present and into the future. We know by now that F.A.A.N.G.S. are the market determinants. Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google and SoftBank along with other Big Data companies are market determinants. But how? Data Rights

‘Data Rights aim to take individuals a step ahead of the Personal Data Protection Bill (2019) by the Government of India to secure custody with due permissions moving individuals Online Identity from Open Data to Private Data, protecting individual Data Rights in flow and usage of individuals personal Data’.

 

Data as an Asset

Just as there is an existence of an individual in the tangible world there is an existence of the individual in virtual space. So that they have control over what they expose towards Big Data. Eventually an individual’s data becomes their asset. Digital footprint becomes a bullion masked and traded after the next economic cycle. This evolution will further transcend into digital stock markets for trading in Futures & Options. This revolution starts with our Cliental.

 

Data Stock Exchange

A data stock exchange is a digital stock market that trades in Future & Options. The underlying Asset is the masked data of 1% of Very High-Net-Worth Individuals (VHNIs) at the price of exchange between One’s social currency and local fiat currency. Therefore, the underlying asset is data, the price of the underlying asset is the price of social currency in local fiat currency and the derivative is called ‘Data Footprint’. Hence; the Data Stock Exchange would trade Data Footprints through Futures & Options.

 

Derivative

Data Footprint is defined as the overall wellness of a ‘Lot’. A Lot is a group of behaviours and habits of one VHNI. Each Lot is given a price based on a collective of prices for each behaviour and habit that is equated with social currency convertible to local fiat currency through Futures and Options in the Data Stock Exchange over trading. The indicators are:

1.    Heart Rate Variability (HRV) of the VHNI per day

2.    Blood Pressure (BP) of the VHNI per day

3.    Mental Health & mood cycle of the VHNI per day

4.    The nutrition & exercise levels of the VHNI per day

a.    Steps taken per day

b.    Cardio exercise per day

c.     Weights lifted per day

d.    Glasses of water per day

e.    Diet and dietary cheats per day

f.      Genetic health conditions

g.    Buying and Selling Habits on One’s platform

5.    Age of expiry by opting out of the Data Stock Exchange or by death

These indicators determine the Trigger Price and on-going price of the Lot.

 

Futures & Options

Just as Futures & Options work in the regular Stock Exchange is how it works in the Data Stock Exchange with the given Derivative, that is; Data Footprint. Ultimately, Data is an Asset Class. 

 

Prestige

A prestige vertical of ‘ONE’ that has our current focus in line with the business vision is – One Automotive. This vertical is not just a company, it is a dream - a dream to create, instill an attitude of accountability for the safety of our environment - especially in the emission space. The brand was built with this idea in mind, and will do everything in its purview to further this dream.

While there is large scale change that needs to come from within the various systems of the country (government, law enforcement, educational reform), One Automotive wants to supplement this from the outside by building a brand that is:

  1. Equipped in thoroughly implementing the provisions made by the system
  2. Help in complying with the future plans put in place, and
  3. Going two steps further by introducing a well-rounded management system that will equip each and every individual that is part of the ecosystem of the electric vehicle market.

To this end, all communications and campaigns made by One Automotive will focus on the larger vision and goal of the company.

 

Statistics

The Indian Automotive market has 22 car owners in 1000 individuals which is 2.2% whereas in the US it is 95%+ and in UK it is 80%+ however, the sale of cars in India will grow much higher in this decade as per BASF. Furthermore, India is expected to sell 100,000 cars per year at a conservative estimate for light weight super car segments and above which starts from USD 80,000 and above with the inclusion of electric vehicles the expected rise might clock 150,000 vehicles to 175,000 vehicles per year for the luxury segment due to the least possible cost per mile for coverage. 

We are targeting the electric vehicle segment looking into the future with our main competitor being Tesla Motors that is not only an automotive company but a Clean Energy Company. Tesla is expected to sell 50,000 cars in 2021-22 in India out of the half million of their total global car production.

Tesla has been committed to by the government of India the cost of manufacturing for Tesla cars in India to be 7% to 12% less compared to that of China. Tesla has almost agreed to set up a manufacturing unit in the next 2 years in India. The only competition for this segment is Tesla Motors that is yet to be functional from Southern India.

We bring over 30 years of experience from our Core Team in the industry. With all of this rich experience in automotive manufacturing and dealerships along with expertise in business, we believe that our positioning rests primarily on who we are catering to, our target market are kith and kin to our Core Team and we understand how the target market think and their buying habits. One Automotive Cliental is analyzed to be 50% of the wealthiest population in Delhi/NCR while the remaining 50% is scattered across the region. DLF Phase 1 to DLF Phase 5 will be given this opportunity of a social quotient advantage.

We will use big data analytics for 19200 pin codes to penetrate tier 2 and tier 3 cities to maximize sales in India.

The motive of One Automotive is to develop the industry of autonomous electric vehicles. The reason for this is to promote sustainability and preservation within India. We will capture not only the 6 odd tier 1 cities however – by hoping to bring fast charging stations across India, we will also capture tier 2 and tier 3 cities with the support of Big Data Analytics for 19200 Pin Codes in India, since these tiers also have a fair portion of High Net-worth Individuals. We therefore would decentralize and penetrate the Indian market.
