Dr. Garcell was previously innovation product manager for IP.com and an innovation research scientist at Kodak Alaris. He has a doctorate in physics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Science in Technical Entrepreneurship & Management from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.
