Hi all friends, followers and collaborators. So, as our last post mentioned we have been looking to create something which we hope you will all get involved with. This isn’t supposed to be high art but a chance to show a sense of community and an opportunity to be a little bit creative and have a little bit of fun. All this, whilst still keeping safe and committed to social distancing.

Lets cut to the chase. We would love you to create a short video piece on your phone delivering a Haiku you’ve created, a short inspirational poem or giving us your personal message of hope and positivity. Tell or show how you’ve kept positive during this period of isolation. You can sing a few lines, play a few chords, tinkle the ivories, or raise a glass to the future. Perhaps you want to show us your exercise regime or that crazy dance you have been learning. Or it may be simply be a message of hope for the future or what’s the first thing you want to do when this is all over. In fact the only rules are that you try and keep it within the framework we’re working towards. No longer than 30 seconds (preferably on your phone). We want you to pass the baton to the next person or group so with that in mind (and as a bit of fun) we would like you to receive in your right hand a toilet roll, as if from someone off screen (you can acknowledge this with a nod of the head or a thank you etc.), then deliver your special talent /message to camera before handing the toilet paper off screen left. Check out the teaser trailer we’ve already made to get the idea. There is no right or wrong so please take part. You know you want to ! Oh and nearly forgot film in Landscape please

Send to our email address [email protected] using Wee transfer or post on our messenger page. Deadline Saturday April 25th 12 pm.
