Once upon a time…

Once upon a time…

There was a small American business-person.

Your elected officials have told you for years that you’re the backbone of America.

Sound familiar?

You work hard, put away some of your money for taxes, and then (in a typical year) April rolls around.

Enter the villain.

Every story needs a villain, right?

It creates the tension, and gives the hero someone to contend with.

Who, pray tell, is this dastardly foe…?

“The Infernal Revenue Service!!!”

Mooo-wah-hah-HAH!

The Villian says you have to pay TWO taxes every year,

“...Mr. or Mrs. American Backbone.”

That money you put away for tax season?

Gone.  Probably with some of your personal savings to boot.

You did everything right.

You’re on high moral ground.

This is enough to make our heroine weep in consternation.

Enter a new character.

The Guide.

Hell, we all know who Yoda is, right?

The Guide understands your pain.

He has walked your path before.

In bare feet, on a hot day, with those little annoying pebbles of pea gravel everywhere.

Curses!

He knows your pain, and…

…he knows just what to do.

He says to himself, “Self, what our hero needs is the S Corporation election.”

Da-da-da-dum!

So our hero and his trusted guide get together one memorable afternoon.

Make a plan.

Work together.

Send off the election paperwork, full of hope…

…and one day

Joy of joys!  Our hero has been accepted!

Becoming one of the millions of small businesses already enjoying the benefits of the S Corp election.

Smaller reasonable payroll taxes four times a year, and what do we have for our hero?

No more evil “Second Tax” in April!

Our hero rides off into the sunset.

He gets the girl

(…or she gets the guy, we’re equal opportunity here).

And they all lived happily ever after. ?? ?? ??

Looking for your own happy ending?

It all starts with a free phone call!

Let’s do this!!!
