Once a Chinese, an American, and an Arab met on Mars

First Red Planet landings were known from Soviet postage stamps. Unfortunately, 13 years of attempts during the Cold War were unsuccessful. The first rover landed on Mars was Viking 1 in 1976, and he has spent 2245 sols (martian days), approximately 6 Earth years.
During the last 61 years, Humanity has made 49 Mars missions. But in six days, there would be the first time in our History when three rovers from different countries would be there simultaneously. Hope from the United Arabian Emirates, Tianwen-1 from the Republic of China, and Perseverance from the United States.
So a couple of questions come to mind:
- Is there any official protocol for rovers communications?
- Can rovers know who they are for each other, or may they assume others as alien objects?
- Can rover's behavior be the base for some political crisis?
- When will the first Mars embassies be open?
Rovers naming is the part I like most. It reflects the culture and way of thinking.
Tianwen stands for "quest for heavenly truth". It comes from the long poem of the same name written by Qu Yuan (about 340–278 BC), one of the most prominent figures of Romanticism in Chinese classical literature.
Hope (al-Amal in Arabic) means "a message of optimism to millions of young Arabs", according to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The resulting mission data will be shared freely with more than 200 institutions worldwide.
The name Perseverancecame out from a nationwide K-12 student "name the rover" contest with more than 28,000 proposals.
So, Mars would be the first planet populated by robots. Isn't it fascinating?
