Once again about daily and tasks

Daily meetings are essential and very powerful, but to achieve so you should set them up correctly. What I mean here? So first of all you should explain to every team member that every daily is the right moment to specify everything needed for completing task.

As for the tasks - every task should be no longer than sprint's duration. Moreover, every task should be created and formulated the way the person can easily perform it without a lot of communications. Everything should be decomposed right.
