Transitioning into new leadership roles can prove a real test for even the most senior of executives.
It is a steep learning curve and rollercoaster of emotions, exciting one minute and fear-inducing the next.

2 months into her promotion, this leader was exhausted and about to resign from a company she'd spent 15years working for.
A high performer and recognised talent, the organisation convinced her to give it some more time to see if they could turn things around.
That's when they looped me in, to work with this leader for 6 months to navigate her transition.
In our kick off intensive session we uncovered 4 impacting factors:
> A feeling that she had lost all her confidence
> A lack of clarity around the scope of role and expectations
> Feeling isolated (and not wanting to tell her Line Manager how she was really feeling)
> Blurred work-life boundaries, and feeling "burnt out"
We were able to address these areas first, and with relative ease.
Then focused on building an ambitious 6 month vision of what she wanted (and needed) to achieve, working closely together to reach, and exceed, both her personal and professional goals.
