OnBoard Email Updates

The Board recently announced some added features that will better enable Payers and Medical Review Organizations (MROs) to manage OnBoard email notifications.

Beginning January 13, 2023

Added subject line data:

The email subject line will now include the PAR “Status” and the “WCB Case ID.”

Current:??

  • NYS WCB OnBoard - Change in PAR Status - [IW NAME]: [PAR Type]: [PAR ID]: [Claim Admin Claim Number]

1/13/2023:?

  • NYS WCB OnBoard – Change in PAR Status – [Claimant Name]: [Par Type]: [PAR ID]: [Status]: [Claim Admin Claim Number]: [WCB Case ID]

Added email body text:

The text of the email will now include a “Due Date.”

What Does it Mean for You?

  • If you have email filter rules applied - make sure they are changed on 1/13/2023
  • The Board is listening to feedback and we’ll continue to provide it
