Just saw this video by Dr. Andrej Rumiantsev on on-Wafer Calibration and how this can be done in a repetitive way, minimizing influences of changing operators. I can really recommend it.
Please note that the QAlibria software can be downloaded freely. It is also compatible with most VNA's in the market.
