ConnectWise has sharpened its competitive edge against backup solution giant, Kaseya after acquiring both SkyKick and Axcient. These two organizations will enable ConnectWise to expand its offerings, providing comprehensive backup solutions across its clients’ entire ecosystem.?

This enhancement to ConnectWise’s solutions highlights the need for MSPs to focus on data protection. According to IBM, the global average for a data breach is $4.88 million this year.?

So, teams must be proactive and employ backup solutions that will protect all of their data whether on-prem or in the cloud. Which is exactly what this acquisition seems to be aiming to do. However, it is not enough to just backup data, teams must be able to quickly identify a breach and swiftly contain it through a strong incident management plan.?

Amazon Prime now offers Prime Vision, allowing Thursday Night Football viewers to stream the game alongside AI-powered insights including, returning, Defensive Alerts and Prime Targets and new, Defensive Vulnerabilities and Pressure Alerts.?

These impressive innovations showcase the rapid advancements and unprecedented uses of AI. However, the average football fan may not see it as such.?

While I am not well-versed in football and may find use in the new features, the broader consensus appears to be that the colorful insights are just distracting and take away from the experience of watching football and making your own predictions.?

Even so, Amazon is at the forefront of innovation and only emphasizes the limitless possibilities that lie ahead in the future of AI.?
