OMNTEC Mfg., Inc. & Vaporless Manufacturing Inc. announce acquisition to create a strategic partnership with Gregory Young, leverage synergistic products, and strengthen their great teams.

Ronkonkoma, NY, February 22, 2022 - Ronkonkoma, New York-based OMNTEC Mfg., Inc. (OMNTEC), a leading tank gauging and leak detection equipment manufacturer, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Prescott Valley, Arizona-based Vaporless Mfg., Inc. (VMI).

OMNTEC has been serving customers with advanced tank gauging and leak detection solutions for over 30 years. The OMNTEC team has a proven track record of providing its clients with advanced electronics, software, and cloud-based data solutions allowing users to manage their inventory and compliance needs.

VMI specializes in the design and manufacture of mechanical line leak detectors (MLLD), advanced nitrogen blanketing, electronic line leak detection (ELLD) systems, and MLLD/ELLD test equipment. The VMI team has a long-standing track record providing electronic and mechanical solutions backed by a rich patent portfolio.
