Omnichannel Retailing

Do you have an Omnichannel strategy?  Do you understand Omnichannel?  Omnichannel Retailing is the use of a variety of channels (brick and mortar locations, online stores, mobile store, mobile app stores, telephone sales, catalogs, etc).  Omni comes from the word "Omnis" which means all or universal.  One way to think of this is crosschannel retail being done really well.  Omniscient is perceiving and understanding of all things...certainly a nice goal!

In our digital era, retailers must invest in and understand omnichannel retailing to grow and thrive, they must offer a seamless, innovative and unified experience for their customers.  A strong online offering works well in tandem with a brick and mortar network of stores giving customers the flexibility that they demand.
