Newsletter #30: On Re-Orientation
We’ve chrono-graphed our history, and re-wrote timelines. We invented new futures, and decided on current production lines. And in the meantime, the daily vicissitudes became sources of inspiration, for criticism and constructivism, all as being part of a larger movement of re-orientation.
That’s why today, the orientation of leadership is shifting paradigm. It is moving out of competition into new forms of collaboration, even though it might not seem that way sometimes. And it remains seldomly unnoticed when a leader offers a compelling perspective or not, on a brighter future that actually benefits the entire planet and the destiny of humankind.
In other words, what re-orientation could mean for the paths we’re paving, is under intense scrutiny in this unique time-frame. That is: we sense the need for re-orientation toward finding resources and creating assets; we sense the need for re-orientation about the ideologies that shaped today and are developed for the future; we sense the need in re-orientation for our personal, professional and philanthropic paradigms to live.
In line with our previous newsletters On Re-Organization, On Re-Structuring, On Re-Connection, On Re-Direction, and On Re-Establishment, this month’s news thus revolves around Re-Orientation.
News
It were the visionaries of the past who foresaw a certain future that we’re now living. And it are the luminaries of today who know how to shine a light on the avenues of growth and development into a more abundant experience of the time that’s given.
Yet, what’s also happening, is a darkening of human capacities, by the overshadowing forces of technologies that outdo us in tasks we previously found hard to become good at by ourselves. Direct effects of this can only be seen clearly though, when we let go of the addiction to struggle, while at the same time freeing up mental space to envision the tendencies that these forces are part of. And that will enlighten individuals, groups and entire populations to actually practice their true potentials again, so they can become a new human being in greater benevolence.
Now, the truths of ancient insights that are currently becoming more mainstream, will then finally have their fulfillment in the newly found ground of what their orientation was about.
But, as mentioned, the capacities for that fulfillment are darkened, by the diluted and deluded attention spans due to recent inventions. That’s why there’s this simmering sense of the need for re-orientation that’s not yet brought to the forefront enough.
Indeed it’s becoming one of the hardest tasks of these times: How to be a visionary leader amidst the visually appealing distractions that are flooding our scopes of attention?
It thus is of the utmost importance to come to a new form of re-orientation, a form that’s coming forth from the profound potential we behold within – the deeper understanding of a real human perspective.
Potential
In the profound potential of the deeper understanding of a real human perspective, each and every orientation finds its origin. It’s a common ground that’s rooted in the cosmos that brought forth our capacity to envision. It’s simply put, the all-seeing Eye that makes it possible to establish a direction for connection, structure and organization.

Hence the potential gives the scopes for discernment on what was a bright vision for the future in the past, what’s being seen as a benevolent code of conduct today, and what could be an illuminated path forwards into the previously unknown.
And since discernment is all about orienting ourselves in the flow of the greater good, it initiates a certain way – a natural unfolding of soul’s life giving streams of abundance in which we can familiarize ourselves.
The Potential thus beholds an intrinsic capacity for acclimatization to what actually matters for our species, a self-choice for understanding what it truly means to be a human being amidst a multitude of orientations.
When this deeper understanding of a real human perspective has received a re-orientation now as the all-seeing Eye of Omnibenevolence, it can become a soulful source of respecting various perspectives, while at the same time orienting them all back towards what actually matters most – envisioning ways forward that are beneficial to all. And that will give way to the visionary leaders amidst the visually appealing distractions that are flooding our scopes of attention nowadays.
Activation
The actual materialization of an omnibenevolent perspective can become an orientation that unites again now, in respect of the various scopes of attention – a visionary form of living that brings forth insights and foresights for an even brighter future.
To re-orient yourself for this visionary form of living now, you can ask yourself these questions.
By reading, pondering and attempting to answer these questions, you can begin to feel the all-source of benevolent understanding beginning to flow anew. And when you do, a re-orientation of your soulful choice to live has been grounded.
