Newsletter #28: On Re-Direction

We’ve seen it before, but now it’s different. It’s happening again, but now in other varieties of ways. And in the meanwhile, there’s a whole new world emerging out of the familiarity that we are leaving behind.

That’s why nowadays, the leadership directives seem to be so confused for many of us. They feel as if Truth is not been told and Trust is thrown out of the window. And even benevolent leaders sometimes feel as if their intentions and actions are in vain.

In other words, there’s a deep and profound need for re-direction. That is: redirection of initial intentions; redirection of our personal, professional and philanthropic goals to give; redirection of our collective efforts to co-create a world of wisdom in which it becomes a paradise to live.

In line with our previous newsletters On Re-Organization , On Re-Structuring , and On Re-Connection , this month’s news thus revolves around Re-Direction.

News

We can see it happening everywhere. People are searching for redirection. They want to live with and from their purpose. They want to unite in a shared vision. They want to have a feeling of belonging to something larger than themselves. And they want to feel at ease, knowing that their appointed leaders or the leaders they themselves are becoming are trustworthy and revered in greater benevolence.

This translates to personal passions being brought to new forms of expression; to professional roles being newly defined or articulated anew; to philanthropic actions being measured along new lines of ethical scrutiny and financial well-being.

But as mentioned, it happens in different varieties of ways, while a new world is emerging, for which we have no precedent.

Indeed there are numerous shifts to direct, either by moving away from what has become obsolete, or by moving toward what can be seen as the glorious promise of a brighter dream. Yet, these directions are not clean cut and they are open for virtually endless forms of interpretations.

It thus is of the utmost importance that we can come to a new form of re-direction, a form that’s coming forth from the profound potential of understanding the real meaning of a paradigm shift.

Potential

In the profound potential of understanding the real meaning of a paradigm shift, each and every form of direction is a given opportunity. It’s just not yet brought to conscious awareness where and how the choice to shift can become an active directive for doing more good. It’s simply a pure intuition or unignorable hunch.

Hence the potential gives rise to a form of reflection on what has been normal in the past, what’s being deemed as natural today, and what could be a way forward for the future. And since reflection is all about establishing new points of attention, it initiates a certain way – a process or procedure according to which it can expand.

  • It begins with directing the thoughts and ideas toward the realization of a dream.
  • It continues with directing the plots and pleas into a new narrative that opens attractive perspectives not yet seen.
  • And it evolves into directing a new vision, mission and purpose towards a greater good beyond what has ever been.

The Potential thus beholds an intrinsic capacity for change, a shift into a meaningful perspective, and a greater benevolence to become involved in.

When this root cause of a paradigm shift in organization is understood now as the powerful impetus of benevolent directions, we can then span our reflective attention even beyond a new vantage point. And that vantage point then is a re-direction of a notion of ultimate well-being that can become activated now.

Activation

The notion of ultimate well-being that can become activated now is that of the all-source of benevolence – an original directive of well-being that keeps on giving opportunities to re-direct ourselves for even greater bliss and better living.

To redirect with this activation now you can ask yourself these questions.

How do you perceive and redirect the Paradigm Shifts in:

  • Modern science and technology – From control and use of nature to benevolent cooperation with natural forces?
  • Contemporary capitalism and global economy – From profit driven competition to ecosystems of wealth through mutually beneficent forms of collaboration?
  • Universal Healthcare and tailor-made Well-Being – From big pharma symptom treatments to preventative precision medicine and beneficial personal fitness plans?

By reading, pondering and attempting to answer these questions, you can begin to feel the all-source of benevolence beginning to flow anew. And when you do, a re-direction has been established.

If you then want to take it a step further, you might consider participating in our Benevolent Leadership Development Program.

The Omnibenevolence Council? offers this special program to assist you in creating a new paradigm that translates into a culture of well-being in your organization. And that culture of well-being then is a powerful source of redirection in action.

You can easily apply for our Benevolent Leadership Development Program. Just request a free demo via our company page on LinkedIn here: https://www.dhirubhai.net/company/the-omnibenevolence-council/

We then get in touch with you to set up a meeting for the demo. Then, during that demo, we’ll take you through a beautifully designed and well-directed Mind Map. This already helps you in gaining greater understanding of the profound potential you can choose to activate.

You’re welcome.

In gratitude and with blessings,
