Newsletter #27: On Re-Connection
In a disparate world of opposing forces, a multitude of conflicts are finding fertile soil. And on top of that, by the advancement of generative technologies, the dissemination of information has become like a flood of random noise.
That’s why nowadays, many people get overwhelmed. They feel disconnected from their roots and reasons to live. And stress and anxiety are causing burnouts and meltdowns beyond any apprehension of sanity.
In other words, there’s a deep and profound need for re-connection. That is: reconnection of identity with natural purposes; reconnection of personal, professional and philanthropic reasons to live; reconnection of our senses of humanity with the greater benevolence that’s bestowed upon humankind.
In line with our previous newsletters On Re-Organization and On Re-Structuring, this month’s news thus revolves around Re-Connection.
News
We can see it happening everywhere. People are searching for connection. They want recognition. They want to be heard. They want to have a feeling of belonging. And they want to express themselves in a larger context than only inside of their own heads.
This translates to personal perspectives being presented as truths; to professional roles being perceived as true identities; to philanthropic actions being pursued as a greater Truth that needs to be realized.
But as mentioned, it happens in a disparate world of opposing forces, and with a dissemination of information that has become like a flood of random noise.
Indeed in the world we now live in, there are infinite opportunities to connect, either by wireless transmissions or in-person interactions and everything in between. Yet, these connections can be and are being established at unprecedented speeds, often without much thought, discernment or deliberation about them.
It thus is of the utmost importance that we can come to a new form of re-connection, a form that’s coming forth from the profound potential of understanding the initial stage.
Potential
In the profound potential of understanding the initial stage, each and every opportunity to connect with is already given. It’s just not yet brought together as an active force for good. It’s a pure dream or visionary intuition.

Hence the potential gives rise to a form of organization. And since organization is all about establishing new connections, it initiates a certain way – a process or structure according to which it can unfold.
The Potential thus beholds an innate purpose, a reason for being, and a greater benevolence to be unfolded.
When this root cause of organization is understood now as the establishing of benevolent connections, we can then revisit it from a new vantage point. And that vantage point thus is a re-connection with a notion of well-being that can become activated now.
Activation
The notion of well-being that can become activated now is that of the being of a well – a source of inspiration to re-connect with, since it has always already advanced us.
To initiate this activation now you can ask yourself these questions:
By reading, pondering and attempting to answer these questions, you can begin to feel the source of well-being beginning to flow anew. And when you do, a re-connection has been established.
If you then want to take it a step further, you might consider participating in our Benevolent Leadership Development Program.
The Omnibenevolence Council? offers this special program to assist you in creating a new paradigm that translates into a culture of well-being in your organization. And that culture of well-being then is the powerful reconnection in action.
You can easily apply for our Benevolent Leadership Development Program. Just request a free demo via our company page on LinkedIn here: https://www.dhirubhai.net/company/the-omnibenevolence-council/
We then get in touch with you to set up a meeting for the demo. Then, during that demo, we’ll take you through a beautifully designed and well-connected Mind Map. This already helps you in gaining greater understanding of the profound potential you can choose to activate.
You’re welcome.
