Welcome to this twenty-second edition of The Omnibenevolence Council? Newsletter!
(This edition continues to consider benevolent business anew, now from the perspective of love in distribution.)
How To Have Love In Distribution, Anew?
According to many economic theories, there’s a notion of lack and scarcity. This notion has to be taken into account when distributional models are designed or applied. For without this notion, those theories couldn’t make sense of the reasons behind distribution.
This is because distribution is the movement of one thing from a person or place to another person or different place. And when that one thing is limited or unique, it is perceived as scarce and potentially lacking in the hands of someone who desires it.
Isn’t it true though, that when we start from a deeper understanding of abundance (also see this newsletter series on The Seeds of Abundance) that distribution is always already embedded in a magnificent ecosystem of plenty and overflow?
The question then becomes: Why is distribution often impeded or directed in malevolent ways? And the first potential answer could be: Because of a limited understanding of real power and a lack of love.
(example: When someone really loves the uniqueness of a great work of art, wouldn’t it then make sense to distribute its beauty as far and wide as possible instead of solely keeping it for oneself in an enclosed vault or separate room in someone’s own private residence? There are many benevolent ways to do this without putting that work of art in danger. Think of three of them and more will follow.)
Which brings us to one of today’s most pressing global problems: How to have love in distribution, anew?
So let’s dive in…
Distribution of Energy
When we think of energy, the first that could come to mind is the energy of food for our bodies or the energy for powering our plants that provide electricity for our houses, offices, factories and lights in the streets. More concrete, it could be about crops from the land, oxygen from the air, wind, solar, coal or oil, that when transformed into electricity or electric impulses, it can be used in a variety of ways.
From the get go though, the energy contained in it all, is given in overflow – it’s the potential of abundance that’s giving itself for generation and distribution in the form of energy.
But if it weren’t for one particular form of energy, all of the above wouldn’t make sense. Because ultimately, it’s about a precious gift that makes it possible for us to experience life in the first place, and to make something of it in the further distribution of its giving power.
That one particular form of energy then is love in its most encompassing form. And as it seems, it can be generated and shared throughout all the other channels of distribution. Wouldn’t it then be benevolent to approach the distribution of energy from a perspective of love, anew?
Next to consider then would be the distribution of resources.
Distribution of Resources
When we think of resources, the first that could come to mind are money, means and materials for our endeavors to be developed. More concrete, it could be about capital and methods, the capacity of people and machines, and physical and tangible stuff that could be turned toward a specific goal or transformed into new products or goods and services.

From the source itself though, from where these resources could grow, they are given to bestow – it’s an act of abundance for usage and application in the form of a benevolent resource.
But if it weren’t for one particular form of resource, all of the above wouldn’t make sense. Because ultimately, it’s about a continuously giving presence that makes it possible to turn what’s available into something that is meaningful.
That one particular form of resource then is love in its most resourceful form. And as it seems, it can be tapped into and it can be provided through the usage and application of all the other resources for distribution. Wouldn’t it then be benevolent to approach the distribution of resources from a perspective of love, anew?
Next to consider then would be the distribution of materials.
Distribution of Materials
When we think of materials, the first that could come to mind are the elementary building blocks of our physical universe, the given goods from earth like wood, water, minerals and fibers, and other typical things that we use to produce.
From the nature of being though, from where these materials are bestowed, they are imparted upon us as parts of our cargo – it’s an innate gift of abundance to understand and learn how to be able to work with these elements.
But if it weren’t for one particular form of material, all of the above wouldn’t make sense. Because ultimately, it’s about an inherent consistency that makes it possible to divide and combine those elements for better materialization within a given universe of building blocks for further creation.
That one particular form of material then is love as the intrinsic fabric of all materials. And as it seems, it can be used to connect things together, establish relationships between intangible and tangible materials (like ideas with tools to produce), and it can be applied to reach higher orders of cooperation.
And thus we can begin to see how energy, resources and materials can be distributed in love, anew. Now, for gaining deeper insight and understanding in how to apply this all, you’re invited!
