How To Have Love In Productivity, Anew?

With the rise of A.I. our productivity has reached a whole new level of speed and potential. And it’s rapidly changing quite about anything that we do. Some thought leaders would even compare it with the effects of the industrial revolution, where the new machineries changed the methods of production within the time-span of a few decades – and in its wake, global society at large.

The impact is tremendous. The warnings are coming from different people in various sectors. And the masses are being influenced even beyond their own awareness.

Now that our productivity becomes ‘reinvented’ by these new technologies and the various uses of it, it raises some important questions. The main question though, underlying them all, would be: How to have love in productivity, anew?

So let’s dive in…

Elements of Productivity

From a human perspective, productivity begins with inspiration – the origination of a new idea, the clarity of thought around a topic or subject, the light-bulb moment of something to be created.

Then the creativity around bringing together elements, aspects, and processes begins. There’s orientation, a sifting and sorting, initial decisions being made. And there’s a potential of design becoming actualized.

From these creative steps a true opportunity can come to the fore. Something previously perceived as impossible or improbable can now become a chance of a lifetime. And the promise of a good beholden, it might transform into a blessing to be fulfilled.

And so, inspiration and creativity and opportunity form the basic human elements of productivity. Which shows that there’s a force of love working through it all – the love for newness, the love for creating, the love for actually having something amazing happening – the actual power of productivity initialized.

Next would then be, the consideration of the right tools and methods to be physically put in place.

Machineries of Productivity

From an intelligent perspective, productivity can evolve more efficiently by making wise use of effective tools and methods. Together they form the machinery – the mechanisms and motions of productivity.

On the one hand there are the obvious physical machineries, like conveyor belts, production lines, supply chains and steering computers with their respective software programs.

On the other hand there are the managerial machineries, like we see in project teams, office workers, c-suite executives and by advisors or consultants of sorts with their knowledge and expertise.

The less obvious machineries underneath and throughout it all are the metaphysical principles – relationships, intelligences and causal chains of action and reaction.

The question then becomes: How can these machineries and intelligences then exude the love we’re all looking for?

Loving Intelligence in Productivity

Bringing together the elements with the machineries of productivity, we can now begin to see that there’s always an intelligent interplay at work between it all. And if that intelligence wasn’t present, everything would fall apart. In a sense, it thus is a loving intelligence.

Nevertheless, when it is not appreciated and applied as such, we can notice that productivity becomes impeded – the products aren’t that high quality, or the timeframes of delivery and distribution are becoming stalled, stuck or cluttered up.

On the other hand, when the loving intelligence is enhanced, then better ideas will deliver better products, and the quality of experience around the entire process can reach higher levels of satisfaction and fulfillment.

Which brings us to the ultimate question: How to have the highest level of love in productivity, anew?
