The Omnibenevolence Council Newsletter #15

Welcome to this fifteenth edition of The Omnibenevolence Council? Newsletter!

(This is the third edition on introducing a new series of Newsletters on the new time for love for Humankind)

How to enhance love in daily living, anew?

There’s a power inside all of us which wants to be expressed. That power is an energy, an emotion, a reason to live. It is best known as love.

Love can mean many things to as many people. It’s revered and reversed, both in worship as in analysis. And it can be pointed towards a person, an object, an activity and virtually anything.

The great teachers of the past, the mystics and leaders of all times, were keen examples of amplifying love beyond their mere personal presence. What can we still learn from them? And how can we enhance those insights in our daily living today, anew?

Let’s take a four pillar approach, where each pillar is supported by the other ones. This may take a bit of mental exercise, but by combining it with the metaphor of a drop in still water that spreads circles of benevolence, it might very well become a truly pleasant experience to read on…

Personal Life

In our personal lives we deal most intimately with matters of love. Whether it’s with ourselves, our loved ones, those we hang out with or with the things we choose to do, we ourselves have to decide how we live with love. Do we let it come forth from ourselves? Do we let it in from somewhere else?

To think this through from a self-centered yet non-egotistical point of view could go a long way. We can do this in three steps:

  1. Love for self: How do you love yourself? Your body, mind and soul? Your characteristics? Your personality? Your oddities? Your preferences etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your day.
  2. Self-care: How do you care for yourself? Your body, mind and soul – what do you nourish yourself with? What do you care about for yourself? How do you take care of your personal space etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your week.
  3. Self-development: How do develop yourself? Your body, mind and soul – what you do to train and help it grow? To what end would you like to use your time for self-development? How do you plan it? How do you go about it etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your month.

And from this point on it could become enhanced into your professional life.

Professional Life

In our professional lives we deal most demandingly with matters of love. Whether it’s with our position, our talents, those we work with or with the things we choose to accomplish, we ourselves have to decide how we work with love. Do we express it in our actions? Do we communicate it in our interactions?

To think this through from an other-centered yet non-sacrificial point of view could go a long way. We can do this in three steps:

  1. Love for situation: How do you love the situation you’re in? Your position, function and profession? Your tasks and to-do’s? Your responsibilities? Your purpose, goals and objectives etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your day.
  2. Care for colleagues: How do you care for your colleagues? Your partners in business, organisation or endeavor – what and how do you discuss with them? Do you share in common interests? Do you pursue similar goals? How do you take care of communication, exchange of thoughts and ideas etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your week.
  3. Team development: How do you develop a team around you? Who are they? How do you perceive them and they you? What are you working on together? Is there a team beyond your daily activities? Do you develop in a team, as part of a team, or even when working remotely or alone on something for others etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make your month.

And from this point on it could become enhanced into your philanthropic life.

Philanthropic Life

In our philanthropic lives we give generously of our time, trust, truth, ties, talent and/or treasures. These come forth from our personal and professional lives. And they expand upon the things we love and care for, whether it’s from preference or because of a need for prevention. In these matters we ourselves have to decide how to share in love. Do we just give and give some more? Do we organise for impact beyond mere measures?

To think this through from a we-centered yet non-invasive point of view could go a long way. We can do this in three steps:

  1. Love for human beings: How do you love humankind? Is there an innate love for our humanity that we can tap into and enhance? How could we love the fact of being even beyond the problems of the present etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make way for a new year.
  2. Care for a cause: How do you care for a cause? Is there anything that has a greater purpose than mere short-term gains? How do you go about it when considering what’s needed for this cause to be nurtured etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make way for a new decade.
  3. Impact development: How do you develop impact? Is it something beyond mere output, outcomes and results? What is the scope and longevity of it? Could it be prolonged into eternity etc.? Taking some time to lovingly think this through could make way for a lifetime!

And from this point on it could become enhanced into an omnibenevolent life.

Omnibenevolent Life

An omnibenevolent life would mean to live in harmony with personal, professional and philanthropic love. But is that even possible?

According to the great mystics, saints and leaders of all times there’s at least the possibility to ponder. So let’s do that here for a moment too in three steps:

  1. Love for All: This could mean to love unconditionally, despite hardship, worries, problems or war. It could mean that there’s always somewhere some space to open up again to hope, forgiveness and renewed inspiration to do some good.
  2. Care for All: This could mean to care compassionately, despite resistance, bullying, ridicule or stupidity. It could meant that there’s always a way to open up to understanding, learning, redemption and reconciliation.
  3. Development of All: This could mean to see all that happens in light of a greater unfoldment, despite destruction, rage, anger or hate. It could mean that there’s always an evolution at work towards something that could be perceived as Greater Good.

And from this point on it could become enhanced into daily living anew, since we’ve at least have gained some renewed insight now into the infinite possibilities of love in and around us All.

What are your thoughts on this? How would you like to share more love?

Reasons to join The Omnibenevolence Council? now...

The Omnibenevolence Council? is a membership based Master Mind alliance, specifically for leaders who are already working in philanthropy and for leaders who want to become more philanthropic in their leadership role.

It does help to connect with your deeper unlimited human potential and express that in more benevolent, even omnibenevolent ways.

This can help in creating better organizational culture and balancing it with the rapid changes in global society.

“Human Intelligence is becoming more and more challenged by Artificial Intelligence these days. Yet, we are standing at a cross-roads of opportunities. To see these opportunities, and then making wise choices for seizing them, that’s the big assignment for us as leaders, especially when we want to enhance our humanity and celebrate our human kindness.”

With compassionate conversations and philosophical curiosity we explore the potentials and opportunities to seize for a better world and greater love for humankind.

We’ll have quarterly council meetings online so people from around the world can join for profound exchange of wisdom and insight.

In between, we can mastermind on our progress through personal messages by choice and consent, and with group discussions online. Together we thus move the paradigm of Omnibenevolence into further realization.
