Assisting and mentoring newer employees.

How has the company supported your professional growth, and what opportunities have you taken advantage of?

OMNI has provided the opportunity and means to train for and acquire both the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certifications.?

Can you share a meaningful experience where you felt you made a positive impact on a colleague, team, or the organization as a whole?

Working with some of our interns and newer employees to teach them some of the processes and procedures we follow to accomplish our work.

What sets OMNI Technologies apart from other companies you've worked with in the past, and how does the company culture contribute to your success?

The culture. The closeness of the company and its employees. Feels more like an extended family than a workplace.

Finding innovative ways to accomplish company and customer tasks. By continually striving to look for new and better ways to do the tasks assigned to me. Always searching for more efficient processes makes our company more valuable to our customers.
