OMG, a website, for a company.

Taking on the role of Ops in our team has meant that how we speak about our business has usually fallen at my feet… my deeply inexperienced and na?ve feet. This has involved, to varying degrees, the building of our websites. I hope you’re not keeping tabs, but there’s been a few over the years.

Initially I learnt how to use #webflow, a pretty amazing tool for building sites that to be honest, was probably a little too advanced for me; I may have been a #wixwebsite type guy. After a few decent enough attempts and a ton of Webflow University videos, we had our previous sites working just fine. But we never really got to a point where it was up to the quality that we strive for at KOPE . So, we bit the bullet and found a design team who are Webflow experts and gave it a punt. And yep… that was a good call.

From our first interactions with Spurwing – Webflow Professional Partner , we knew we had found a team similar in attitude to ourselves. Focused on problem solving rather than an overly rigid process, we got to go through the design plans with them and as a plus, really enjoy it. Helena Sandles took our basic ideas and turned them into full mock-ups and created some brand new content for us based on our conversations. All the while, William Hope was steering us, with searching questions and an array of options.

Finally, after a lot of work and a lot of playing with some interesting #ai tools online to help us with copy and imagery, we get to launch our new site. We are building something we hope changes our industry and that involves complexity but we hope we can use this site to showcase what we do now. KOPE.ai

Anyways, new company websites aren’t exactly the type of thing to get people up in the morning, but it felt right to ramble a bit about hustling as a small start-up, doing things yourself. Then realising that the team around you deserve something beyond that and getting it done with the best in the biz.?
