Omelet-Make Your Omelet Sing

Over the 13 years Bush Dreams World Flavors has served the Food Service world, we have visited countless breakfast joints across Canada and United States. What we found most often was Omelets that were formed using many common ingredients like red peppers, ham, mushrooms and onions..... sometimes sautéed...and sometimes not...stuffed in the omelet. There was no differentiation amongst most breakfast menus. No difference in Flavor.
