About 33% of all nervous tissue in the human brain and body is made of omega-3 fatty acids, EPA & DHA. Per recent studies, about 70% of the US adult population and 95% of children are deficient in omega-3’s. Per the CDC NHANES study, 95% of the US population is also deficient in vitamin D. This means the overwhelming Americans are living without sufficient concentration of basic building blocks that are absolutely mandatory if you wish to have a properly functioning brain and nervous system.?This is bad.
