What is on my Mind:?

• GOING FOR THE GOLD: I’m absolutely glued to the TV, completely obsessed with the Olympics and the unbelievable performances unfolding right before our eyes! The excitement is so infectious that I’ve got my team members hooked as well, all of us cheering on our favorite athletes and soaking in every moment. And Track and Field is about to get started!! From Snoop Dogg to the athletes taking us behind-the-scenes with content on TikTok – we are definitely engaging with Olympics on a whole new level! This glimpse into their daily lives provides a fresh perspective that we've never had before.?
• VEGAS RECAP I spoke this week at InMan Last Vegas - one of the largest real estate events in the US and I love doing industry specific events because you get to understand the biggest opportunities and challenges they face. I gave two keynotes and I focused on three core ideas - building their personal brands; powerful networking and how to be a value creator. (These are also 3 rules in my upcoming book - 7 Rules of Self Reliance). Think about it - a real estate agent is their own personal brand and they need to invest in their brand and reputation to grow and sustain their business! They need to have a strong network of relationships not just for referrals but repeat sales and customers. And successful agents are long term players and look to create value and be of service to their clients.? I also did a meet and greet and connected with the guests to take their questions and selfies! Thank you to the whole team at Inman and the organizers!?
