Olivia's hair is

Well it's finally done! My personal hero Olivia Hodder has gone and donated her first haircut to the Little Princess Trust charity. As promised in my previous personal posts I've included in this article some pictures of the process as proof that this incredible 4.5 year old has the courage to make a change that many of us adults would be challenged to do (well those of us that still have the ability to make such as change!!).

At the risk of being an excessively proud father I'm indulging in this final personal Linkedin post to cover the 'day', for those that are more used to my business related posts please feel free to resume reading my normal posts from tomorrow!

Despite the bad weather spirits where high and Olivia was looking forward to her opportunity to be a superhero!

As you can see Olivia is not above having some instant regrets about her decisions! We had none of the expected tears but I'm sure we've all been in a similar position.

Settled into the process pretty well by this point, not above enjoying some pampering!

We'd like to thank the wonderful staff at Headmasters Guildford for taking care of Olivia and making the whole experience so pleasurable and memorable.

One final picture of Olivia with her mama, Anet having donated her hair also to this fantastic charity (I'm pretty sure that Anet was more worried about the whole thing than Olivia was!).

Once again I'd like to thank my Linkedin network for allowing me the indulgence of using this platform for something that I openly admit is not particular business related but when I consider the social commitment, charitable nature and leadership qualities shown by someone so young I feel in retrospect that maybe Linkedin is an appropriate forum!
