Dunne has cooked in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants under multi-Michelin acclaimed chefs such as Gary Rhodes, Anthony Demetre, Gordon Ramsay and Shane Osborne.
In 2006, he established his own restaurant group with Aidan Crowe which owns Bon Appetit, PINK Restaurant, Toro Tapas Bar and The Morehampton Donnybrook among others.

Killeen Castle Resort
CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has invited proposals from hotel, leisure and golf investors to become a strategic investment partner in the Killeen Castle resort.
Pricing expectations for the entire estate are in the range €25-€30 million.
“Killeen Castle is an iconic estate and presents an exceptional opportunity to invest in one of the most prestigious luxury resorts in Ireland," said Paul Collins, executive director, head of hotels Ireland at CBRE.

'Disappointing Summer'
New research from Fáilte Ireland has found that 53% of tourism businesses have had fewer customers this summer compared to last summer.
The latest Fáilte Ireland Tourism Barometer which took responses from over 1000 operators across the country found that 24% of businesses have had more customers this summer compared to last summer, while 23% have had the same level.
Fáilte Ireland said a number of factors have combined to give a 'disappointing summer' including bad weather (cited by 51% as a concern), people lacking disposable income (51%), cost of tourist accommodation (46%) and lack of tourist accommodation (43%).

Little Pyg Wins Big
Little Pyg, based in Powerscourt Townhouse in Dublin, has established itself on the global pizza stage.
At the World Pizza Awards held in Naples, Little Pyg was named Ireland’s number one pizzeria and officially earned a spot last night in the Top 100 Pizzerias in the World.
"Today I dedicate this achievement to my late father, Paul McGlade Snr, who passed away last month,” said Paul McGlade, owner of Little Pyg.
“He always believed in offering a great product at a great price, a value he instilled in all of us. His legacy continues to inspire everything we do.”
