The Only Summer olive oil production process

At Only Summer, we take great care in producing our olive oil. We start by harvesting our olives at the peak of ripeness in autumn. We use the variety Arbequina, known for it's mildness.

The collected olives are then washed, crushed, and malaxed (kneaded) to extract the oil. Once the oil has been extracted, it is filtered to remove any impurities.

Then, it is stored in beautiful glass bottles for you to purchase.
