The old way versus the new way.

Happy Monday team - Mike here.
Back in your 20's getting in shape was just a matter of cutting back on food and going to the gym a bit more.
The weight came off pretty easily and you had no idea what the word "stress" meant or even mental health.
Free from responsibility, you could easily stick to your habits and behaviours without too much resistance.
In fact compared to the way things are now it was easy back then, not that you knew that at the time.
Now approaching the big 40 or 50 and things are very different.
So different that you sometimes don't even recognise that person when you think of them or look at old photos.
Here is the reality.
That person has been, gone and won't ever be back.
The difference between you and him is that he didn't have your experience and your stress and responsibility as well as the myriad of real and perceived failures at getting in shape that you have.
Now faced with this challenge, whilst managing the day-to-day stresses of life and trying to enjoy the life that you've worked hard to achieve... Things look tough.
They are.
It is.
Speaking of which I just got off the phone with someone with whom I discussed in depth the steps necessary to create, nurture, and develop an environment where success becomes inevitable.
Step 1 is to have a firm plan that is specifically designed with your goals in mind.
In Step 2, we must ensure that we consider both habit-based behaviour change and the accompanying psychology to resolve the resulting mental and emotional changes.
Step 3 is making sure that the small manageable changes become a part of your daily life. This is so that you can sustainably and consistently improve your lifestyle without compromising on your current responsibilities.
Step 4 hire a well-qualified, understanding and knowledgeable coach to guide you through the process.
Before I sign off I want to address that final point a little bit more with some points of consideration.
There are three levels of learning.
1 Intellectual
2. Social

3. Experiential
This means that you only truly know something inside and out once you have achieved it and made it part of who you are.
The results of that are twofold.
It is what it is.
2. If you want to work with somebody to guide you through that very process then unless they have achieved the exact results that you are looking to achieve they also do not know... Yet.
Once again it is what it is.
Final thoughts.
There is only one way to achieve a total mind and body transformation like building a house.
Now you can cobble together something yourself based on what I post and what you have learned.
However, you may lack the certainty and consistency you are looking for.
Alternatively, you can become my next success story.
12 weeks with me is all you need to set yourself and your family up for the long term. This will ensure that you are able to make the most of everything you have worked so hard to achieve.
Health is indeed wealth after all.
Ready when you are
Happy Monday
Mike
PS Here's a client testimonial where Paul dropped 20lbs in just 12 weeks whilst working as a medical director of a hospital during the terrible COVID pandemic.
2 years later he's still living his best life.
If he can do it whilst having COVID during the most stressful period of his professional life none of us has any excuse for not using this completely new method and the 12-week blueprint I've created,
Send me a message today.
