The Old Fire Station York.....let development commence!
We are on site at the Old Fire Station, Clifford St, York one of the most important sites in the City Center of York. We will be creating apartments,family homes and a restaurant to Clifford St and are looking for a quality operator........ so ideas welcome!
This site will deliver 4 of the only new homes to be built on York's riverfront in the City Centre for many years which are of course designed not flood! Plus there will be spectacular apartments overlooking Clifford's Tower and smaller houses on Peckitt St ...so something for all buyers.
It will take some 18 months to deliver it all assuming we don't hit any serious archaeological issues, never a guarantee in York and we are looking forward to moving on with this superb site asap
