Traditionally PBS has been the only option to access PBS Notices and Networks, and still remains a viable option for many operators, however the NHVRs Class 3 National Notice for 20m Long 3-axle Truck and 4-axle Dog Trailers provides another means for these combinations to be granted the same mass options without the formal PBS process.
