3 个月Not really....every company has these slips and falls. What really matters is their ability to stand up again. Recall lot of praise for Ratan Tata recently, but that praise was the fall and rise of Tata Indica problems and solutions. Many such examples in the business world.

3 个月Their service is one of the worst in the industry with vehicles piling up across India and more than 10 thousand unresolved customer grievance cases. I'm one of the customer suffering with the same issue for almost 2 months now without any resolution and the vehicle lying in the service centre for almost 10+ days with no updates what so ever Ola Ola Electric Bhavish Aggarwal Nitin Gadkari The Times Of India NDTV Hindustan Times OLAEV_Support

3 个月Ola Electric is the Most unprofessional organization in india.. my scooters touch screen is stopped working, i am unable to unlock my scoorter from the application..i very decently made 2 complaint by calling the customer care team.. third time i was admant to speak to manager as my previous two complaints was unattended from more than a week..but wooww the customer service agent name VEDA had the audacity to disconnect the call without trying to even explain me why was the previous complaint 05880842 not attended and shows closed. Most unreliable company in terms of support and after sales service.. i would appeal to ola owners and who are planning to purchase from this unorganized and group of highly unprofessional Bhavish Aggarwal if you cannot fix such behaviour of your staff i am sorry to say but you are failing and things are not in your control. Really not interested in calling again to these people id rather dump my scooter and move on thinking i did the wrong investment in you. Very very disappointed..!!
