The Business environment is always changing so the management approaches and organizations are trying to adapt this fast to still in their positions and powerful compete.

We saw the shift from the slow methods which were called traditional to the agile ones to be?lightweight, fast, efficient, more engagement and alignment.

Objectives and Key Results( OKRs) are representing strongly as agile framework that can achieve these fruitful goals and more, as it used by the world’s tech innovative giants such as such as Google, Spotify, Twitter, Airbnb and LinkedIn and quietly being adopted by?corporates and startups from all sizes all over the world.

Many management professors , managers and leaders just see it as a simple framework with only a couple of principles to follow to help the business achieve its goals but actually it is much more than that!

Businesses want to use new, popular and trendy methodologies but they are not ready to put in the effort to change ,adapt and to not be stuck in their old habits. Yes it's a culture! to shift the whole organization, teams and minds from outputs oriented to outcomes oriented, from work harder to work smarter.

This isn't to discourage the dreams of success, but rather to emphasize the point that learning and implementing OKRs takes time, patience, and a change in company culture.

So implementing OKRs takes more than just implementing a methodology, as methodology is not a method. A methodology is a way of understanding how to do something; so also need to have a method and a process for applying it.???

A Lot of materials on the internet talk about OKRs and teach all the great things about the methodology without helping to understand the methods that need to actually implement OKRs.

So stay tuned, this is just the beginning as I will explain more not only from the theoretical scientific approach but also from the practical one as we try to popularize this framework among my organization and teams.

Will share steps, thoughts ,reflections ,leaders visions, what's work to do and what doesn't, to avoid .

Hopefully to make you all master this framework in the near future for making great success stories professionally and personally as well.
