Goal Congruence

Aligning individual and team goals with a company's strategic objectives can significantly boost employee motivation and performance. This concept, which the authors call goal congruence (and which readers of this email may know as "Alignment"), ensures that different parts of an organisation work together, aligned, towards a common goal.
