Is It Ok To Switch Jobs Early, If I don't Like Their Working Style?

If you are an employee, than you must learn to adjust with the different working styles of people, and if it is difficult for you to adjust and if the cycle continues in more than two places, than I believe it is not the company or the people that's the problem.

I do believe there are times when you end up in toxic environment, mostly because you were moved deeply by the hike they gave you and you did not do your due diligence before joining, but again that would also show you are an unstable person and emotionally lead.

Salary should not be the only thing that you consider before accepting an offer and joining any work place. You must also do your due diligence and check the company’s culture and their working style. You can obviously do that by checking with their employees on LinkedIn, but do it collective and do not form an opinion by talking to just one person. You can also check the reviews and feedbacks in many places online like www.glassdoor.com ?and even www.dhirubhai.net.

One of the awesome thing you can do is to ask questions to your interviewers about their working styles and how the hierarchy works and how the daily work process is in the company, believe me this will give you a better view in how the company functions and whether you will be ok in those situations.

So crux of the matter is, the decision has now been made, whether you like or not, just learn and stay till you can(at least 12 months) and then move on with experience, because I am telling you the truth, the road ahead won't be good for the people who move too quickly, (Speaking with Experience.). You have been warned; therefore do not blame the HR or the Recruiter when you are not considered because of this issue.
