This year, the so-called "Oscars of fashion" paid tribute to Karl Lagerfeld on a red carpet that collected all his legacy, reviewing his great successes in the Chanel of the 90s to his latest creations. Many celebrities did not want to miss this exclusive party, wearing looks that we could not help but review.
Ok. Dua Lipa
The singer was one of the first to arrive and she did it with one of the best looks of the evening: a dress worn by Claudia Schiffer at the Chanel Haute Couture show in 1992.
Ok. Gisele Bündchen?
The legendary model stunned on the red carpet in a white and semi-transparent striped dress, although the star of the look was a feathered coat.
Ok. Penelope Cruz?
The Spanish actress proved her good relationship with the brand (of which she is an ambassador) with an incredible archival wedding dress with an eighties feel. The veil-like hood, the V-neckline, the belt and the jeweled appliqués were the icing on the cake of this spectacular look.
Ok. Irina Shayk?
Year after year, Irina Shayk surprises us with incredible looks in all the galas she attends and this one was not going to be different. The model has gone for a satin wedding dress with the mythical dahlia of the firm in the neckline. The footwear she has chosen, a pair of tight ballerinas to match, catches our attention.?
Ko. Ariana DeBose?
The actress attended the gala in a yellow ensemble (unlike the other guests) consisting of a yellow skirt and matching sweatshirt.
Ko. Mirka Federer?
Roger Federer's wife went overboard with the feathers covering every inch of her skin, giving a feeling of being trapped in the dress. Between that and the maxi bow, it was a no no.
Ok. Amanda Seyfried?
The actress was not only one of the best dressed according to the theme, but also one of the sexiest. Amanda wore a dress made of chains (an element that the designer introduced in the firm) and that we will surely see Beyoncé in one of her concerts.
Ko. Quannah Chasinghorse
The model and 'influencer' appeared in a pink dress full of signature 'cut-outs'. However, it was the accessories such as gloves and jewelry that didn't fit the outfit.
Ok. Kate Moss and Lila Grace?
Lagerfeld's muse and her daughter surprised with two coordinated looks in pink. While Kate Moss opted for a nightgown and a transparent gown, Lila Grace wore something more modern with fur fabric and transparencies on the abdomen.
Ok. Jessica Chastain?
The actress did make a real tribute to the designer, changing her red hair for Lagerfeld's platinum, accompanied by the iconic black glasses from which she never parted.
Ko. Kim Kardashian
Despite the fact that Kim Kardashian did follow the theme, the execution was not the most successful, opting for a look that was not very flattering. On the other hand, her daughter wore a Chanel blazer with jeans, a very simple and casual style.
Ko. Rachel Brosnahan
The actress wore several elements that did not quite fit together. In the look we can find the solemnity of the skirt and cape in contrast to a completely transparent bodysuit with black rhinestones strategically placed.
Ok. Lily Collins?
The actress arrived with a classic look, however, what surprised us most about her dress was the name of the designer embroidered with sequins on the tail of the garment.
Ko. Michaela Coel?
Neither Chanel nor in keeping with the theme. The 'Black Panther' actress arrived on the red carpet in a dress with transparencies and jeweled appliqués signed by Schiaparelli.
Ok. Jared Leto?
Although technically the singer was going with the theme, the furry element made it quite disturbing, and the outfit could have been even better.
Ok. Doja Cat
When the singer found out that Choupette was going to attend the gala, she did not allow another cat to overshadow her and appeared on the red carpet with a make-up consisting of prosthetics to look like a cat and a white dress with a hood with little ears.
Ok.Margot Robbie
Margot Robbie in Chanel dress with transparencies at the waist and decorated with the mythical chain of the 2.55 bag.

Ok. Naomi Campbell
The model in a sari-like dress from Chanel's couture collection.
Ok.Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez in a Ralph Lauren dress.
Ok. Kendall Jenner
Model Kendall Jenner joined the 'no pants' trend with a Marc Jacobs look, which she combined with impossible platforms.
Ok. Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman, wearing the famous Chanel dress from 2004, which she wore for the No. 5 perfume ad directed by Baz Luhrmann.
Ko.Rihanna
Rihanna in a voluminous hooded dress with white flowers, design by Valentino.
Ok. Donatella Versace?
Designer Donatella Versace, wearing a bustier dress with transparencies from her latest collection.
Ok. Paris Hilton
In black, Paris Hilton accompanied by Marc Jacobs, who signs her dress.
Ok. Elle Fanning?
Elle Fanning as a bride. The dress is by Vivienne Westwood and the jewelry by Cartier.
Ok. Anne Hathaway
Anne Hathaway in white Versace atelier dress with Chanel touches like tweed and camellias.
Ok. Kristen Stewart
Actress Kristen Stewart in short jacket suit, bloomers and loafers. Comfortable and appropriate, a bit disheveled, as usual with her.
Ok. Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner went for red with this Jean Paul Gaultier design.
Ok. Julia Garner
Actress Julia Garner, wearing a Gucci cape dress.
Ko. Alexa Chung
The 'it girl' Alexa Chung in a Roisin Pierce dress.
Ok. Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid in satin and sheer design custom made by her date, Matthew Williams, creative director of Givenchy.
Ko. Jenna Ortega
Wednesday Adams' debuted at the MET Gala. Jenna Ortega wore a baroque dress and Thom Browne platforms.
Ok. Rita Ora
The singer wore a black Prabal Gurung dress with a long tail.
Ko. Pedro Pascal
We are sad to give a Ko to Pedro Pascal, but he attended the gala with red coat and shirt combined with shorts. All signed Valentino but inappropriate for a gala like this? Or the opposite?
Ok. Cara Delevingne
The former muse of Karl Lagerfeld, had a new haircut, and wore an original shirt dress with a train. A reinterpretation of Karl's style that truly convinced us.
