Baoji Tianlian Huitong Composite Material Co., Ltd. was established in July 2015 with a registered capital of 102 million yuan. The company has two RTP production bases in Baoji High-tech Zone, equipped with nine advanced and well-equipped RTP production lines, capable of producing polyester fiber reinforced RTP, glass fiber tape reinforced RTP, steel cord pre-impregnated tape reinforced RTP, and aramid fiber reinforced RTP.

The company has obtained the Special Pressure Pipeline Component Manufacturing License and the Mining Safety License; it owns 52 patents for composite pipe technology. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a "Little Giant" specializing in high-quality, specialized, and innovative enterprises, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, an outstanding enterprise in economic contribution in Shaanxi Province, and an innovative science and technology enterprise in Shaanxi Province.

Its four core products (polyester fiber reinforced RTP, aramid fiber reinforced RTP, glass fiber reinforced RTP, and steel cord tape reinforced RTP) have all passed the API 15S product certification by the American Petroleum Institute; it has obtained the API QI and ISO9001 quality management system certification; it has also received ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and HSE system certification.

With its superior product performance and technological advantages in the industry, Tianlian Huitong has been a main supplier for the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and the China National Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) for many years. Its products are exported to foreign users such as the EBS oilfield in Iraq, the Rumaila oilfield in Iraq, the Aktobe oilfield in Kazakhstan, Tatarstan Oil in Russia, and Lukoil, receiving unanimous praise from customers.

RTP products have been widely applied in oil and gas field gathering pipelines (oil transportation/gas transportation/water injection/gas-liquid mixed transportation), sewage trunk and branch lines, shale gas/coalbed methane fracturing return fluid, and water supply pipelines. They are also extensively used in the fields of coal mine liquid transportation, salt chemical brine transportation, hot spring water transportation, and secondary networks of thermal pipelines. The domestic market share of oil and natural gas is over 30%.

By the end of 2023, the company had more than 10,000 kilometers of experience in manufacturing and installing RTP. As of June 2024, the company had completed the delivery of 1,000 kilometers of various specifications of RTP products both domestically and internationally.

Quality Product Recommendations

Flexible Composite High-Pressure Conveyance Pipe

The composite pipe consists of a lining layer, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer. The lining layer serves as the medium transmission layer, made by hot-melt extrusion molding of various polymers. The reinforcement layer is formed by circumferential winding of various fibers or fiber pre-impregnated tapes on the outer surface of the lining layer, primarily bearing the pressure-bearing capacity of the composite pipe. The outer protective layer is made by hot-melt extrusion molding of polymers to cover the reinforcement layer, mainly to protect the composite pipe from external impacts and various types of damage.


Structural Technology

RTP can be divided into two types based on the structural layer formation method: non-bonded composite pipes and bonded composite pipes.?????????? The body of a non-bonded composite pipe is made up of layered lining layers, reinforcement layers, and outer protective layers that are wrapped layer by layer, and may have relative displacement between the layers when deformed.

The body of a bonded composite pipe has a reinforcement layer that is integrated with adjacent layers to form a monolithic pipe wall structure through melting or bonding.

Lining Layer: Mechanical or physical properties, heat resistance, resistance to medium permeation, and medium compatibility;

Reinforcement Layer: Short-term/long-term load-bearing capacity, temperature load-bearing capacity;

Outer Protective Layer: Ability to withstand installation loads and usage environment (such as ultraviolet rays, wear, etc.).
