Yesterday was a red letter day for me, or, rather, it might have been. I had two emails - one from the BBC asking me to join them on a show, and another from my very loyal publishers, who wanted to make sure that the call from that great British institution hadn't died a death in my junk mail.
So what happened, then? Where was I when the great message came through in my inbox? I missed the invitation! So what's going to happen - will I get a second bite on the cherry? I'll keep you posted!

9 年You don't have the excuse of living offshore. I seemingly 'missed' four emails from the U.K. last month only to discover they hadn't arrived at all and took over a week to show up in my box. I do miss when people generally picked up the phone and gave me a call! Good luck Suzy.
