Oh, Just Shhhh!

I know that sounds harsh…but I got your attention, right? And, I really want you to be quiet. Not for my sake, but for yours.  So, please, in the age of digital communication and lack of focus - no offense.

We are over-stimulated by technology and disconnected to humanity- and ourselves. Every waking moment is about checking our devices, managing deadlines and demands, posting opinions and the seeking the impossible dream - finding ‘work like balance’. 

PUH-LEEZE! 

I’m guilty…so I’m not throwing stones at your glass house, I promise! But I do have a plan to achieve more thoughtfulness, human connectivity and peace, in every aspect of our lives - and I want to share it with you!

My entire life has been devoted to communicating - as a TV journalist/broadcaster, communication strategist and coach, mother and business owner - so I have the street creds and well-earned scars to offer solutions as a subject matter expert! I promise to dig deep on this topic and reveal tools we all need to adopt to make our lives (work and home) better places to BE.
