The tsunami of ChatGPT-related work and capabilities is nothing short of amazing. Yes, there is a continuum from dumber than dirt to genius. Still, there is a ton of positive, powerful stuff happening that just 5 months ago was unheard of, unimaginable and nonexistent. So pretty good...


The embedding, combinatorial things we can do with this new tech wave might be more significant than what it does by itself. I previously posted here about how with a combinatorial approach how it can help improve cost structure and agility. Two of the things that are key to that winning-in-business thing.


Another combinatorial 'and' thing is folding this in to address unconscious bias.

I think the real story though is four things:


  1. Think of the ANDs when using this tech.
  2. One easy to add in AND is harvesting the benefits from folding in a smarter approach to unconscious bias with this tech.
  3. Having said that, it's just the tip of a stack of benefits from output to retention to discretionary effort if you are on top of the extended DEIB area. But to do that you need more than the genius of Large Langage Model tech you need a human genius in this nuanced, human emotion-intensive field...like Bart Bailey above.
