Over the years I have known clients to plan their annual vacation to coincide with the timing of their company's Annual Report production. They just didn't want to be involved with what they perceived as a cumbersome and draining process. With a well thought out #strategy , structure and agreed timeline they can actually go smoothly and to plan. Sure there can be some last minute edits especially from the finance team but if you let all stakeholders know in advance what you require from them and get them to agree to the timeline of supplying you material you can save yourself some angst.
