South Texas Oilfield Beans

Ingredients

• 1 pound bacon sliced 1/4 inch pieces
• 1 purple onion chopped
• 2 pounds lean ground Hamburger meat
• 1 package about 8 links kiolbassa sausage cubed 1/4 inch
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 gallon ranch style beans
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 can mushrooms (drained)

Directions

Cook sliced bacon, onions, add hamburger meat cook completely, add Kiolbassa, add mushrooms, ROTEL, all seasoning, cook, add beans.
