Often we ask ourselves why we work, what is our purpose and does our work matter? Right....

So why dive out of the Cloud & Payments and into Technology Manufacturing? Our "why" is everything right?

For me these - why - motivators have always been the key driver. Sure....earning a living, helping people, and delivering a job well done is important for most of us too. What I enjoyed most about payments was working with likeminded people; folks that believed in transparency and hard work. Of course, not all models place the same high value on people and truly deliver on promises; and that deficiency helps the good guys win more often in my opinion. After all, we do want the business relationships we build to matter, right?

I’ve found that people often remember us by how we made them feel in addition to the end solution/result we provided for them. Integrity, teamwork, relentless determination coupled with “hair-on-fire” passion can be the fuel we need to achieve all we set out for. It is my intent to continue building on these core values in my new role. To shift learned skill sets and sales leadership into this new industry of manufacturing, bringing proven processes to help scale-up an already successful company to entirely new heights. Of course, nothing really replaces the hard work needed for consistent success.

I joined LTI, a division of Advanced Impact Technologies Group with the intentions to save and impact lives; enhancing the way we see the world - thru SmartGlass Solutions and innovation engineering. The 3 owners have a huge vision and stand strong on their faith; possess a steadfast commitment to do what is right by people; and a genuine desire to give back. I’m grateful to join their executive team and ready to help cast a even larger vision and launch massive sales & marketing campaigns that have impact. Developing strategic partnerships and relationships with architects and industry folks globally is going to be a blast too.

Is today a good day to get clear on our purpose driven work? My friends....may your “why” continue to drive you to new growth challenges and heights.
