在2020年底，信跃承接了离岸打桩项目，用于港口码头建设。钢管长度从12米到40米长不等，涂层使用INETERZONE 954国际漆并配备不锈钢焊接加强板，由于项目使用环境的复杂性和设计图纸上的精密性，天津信跃在拿到项目信息后，联合技术部，生产部，油漆供应部，物流部对实施方案进行了讨论会议。
At the end of year 2020, Xinyue Steel singed an offshore piling project, used in construction of ports, the range of steel pipe length from 12 to 40 meters, coating with INETERZONE 954 international paint and welded with stainless steel reinforcing plate. Due to the complexity of the project environment and the precision of the design drawings, Xinyue held a meeting with Technical Department, Production Department, Paint Department, Logistics Department to discuss the execute solution, after we got the project information.
经过多次商议，明确了对生产过程的质量控制和物流运输方案，给客户提供了完整的ITP，MPS,由IWE资质人员进行全程焊接监督，在经过客户对所有技术和商务文件的评审后，天津信跃开始生产。
After many times of discussion, the quality control and logistics plan of the production process were determined and the complete ITP and MPS were provided to the customer. IWE qualified person supervised the whole welding processing. After the customer confirmed the technical and commercial documents, Tianjin Xinyue started the production.
由于前期对项目的准备充分，产品开始生产后的每一个节点都符合计划生产时间表，检测工作也有序进行，不但对钢管以及焊缝进行了100%的X光,PT,UT检测，而且对涂层进行了附着力，电火花，干膜厚度检测，由于工程对质量的要求极高，在生产过程中客户的质检人员到现场参与2次检验，SGS共计进行8次检验均符合合同要求。
Based on the preparation in the earlier stage, the nodes of every production process conformed to the planned production schedule and inspection also orderly processed. We not only did 100% X-Ray /UT/PT testing for the steel pipes, but also finished the adhesion testing, holiday testing, DFT testing for the coating. Due to the engineering requirement of quality, the inspector from end user visited for inspection twice during the production process. SGS did total 8 times inspections. All the results conformed to the requirements of the contract.
