Dear John Kilgour,
As you step down from your current role, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the continued support that you have provided ALDE through out your tenure as CEO of CCF Victoria over the last 6 years.
It has truly been appreciated by our industry, the willingness to collaborate for the benefit of both our memberships and the sector as a whole. We are incredibly grateful that you had made yourself available to discuss matters that have concerned the land development industry at large, particularly in advocating in relation to early stage greenfield development construction sites. It is through these joint submissions with ALDE, UDIA & CCF we were able to effectively ensure that our sector was not only heard but able to remain operational throughout the height of the pandemic.
Given the evolving nature of the pandemic and the numerous briefings, updates and dissemination of information to ascertain its impact on our sector you have acquitted yourself remarkably to navigate the circumstances along with your team at the CCF Victoria.

With an unprecedented level of investment in major infrastructure projects, particularly in the Land Development sector as we emerge from the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic; now more than ever it is important that member organisations such as CCF & ALDE work collaboratively on the key issues and challenges confronting the civil construction industry. I wish you all the very best on your advocacy and representation efforts to the 3 tiers of government, in promoting and delivering a sustainable Land Development sector we can all be truly proud of.
