Initial discussions were started in 2016 for this innovative community. Site reviews, analysis, pros and cons, selection, negotiations, financial models, go-no-go milestones, permitting, etc. are not for the faint of heart as development involves a great deal of creative vision, perseverance, and up front money, especially critical for a non-profit organization. Our repeat client has the benefit of a strong and visionary President and CEO with the support of a talented and experienced Board.

Today, we celebrated the official Ribbon Cutting event.

Trident has been involved as the Owner's Project Manager since 2016 in support of our client. Countless hours spent to advise, provide critical data, test assumptions, deal with COVID-19 impacts, and to come to this day is very rewarding.

Trident is proud to have this entity as a repeat client since 2008. On the Baldwin, the Project Team included One-Point, DiMella Shaffer Architects, Harvey Construction Company, SMRT Engineers, Crowley-Cottrell Landscape Architects, and many other fine firms who worked together for the benefit of our Client.
