Let's share a few refreshing facts!

Education for the Future, the Top Trends to Follow

1. Tech trends in education, from gamification to artificial intelligence and more.

Over the past two decades, technology has significantly impacted society and organically permeated the educational landscape. In 2023, technology will be more cutting-edge than ever. By 2021, the E-Learning Industry was worth more than $315 billion! It is anticipated to increase by 20% a year between 2022 and 2028.?

2. Training on soft skills, such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and leadership, is a must!

The Future of Employment research lists critical thinking, problem-solving, people management, and creativity as crucial professional competencies. Companies are looking for young professionals who can demonstrate their leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions. Schools must provide the instruction necessary to assist learners in developing and flourishing in these skill areas to prepare students for their future vocations adequately.

3. Shorter Attention Spans?

It can be challenging to focus on one work for a lengthy period due to the continual stream of games, movies, news items, videos, and other media that most of us are exposed to daily. Nano-learning is becoming increasingly popular since it simplifies complex subjects into manageable chunks.?

4. Lifelong Learning

Tremendous changes in the nature of labor and jobs have resulted from each industrial revolution. Due to significant technological advancement and differences in how individuals perform their professions, the current 4th Industrial Revolution may have a staggering 50% impact on employment. Professionals must continually update their skills to be competitive in their field. They cannot believe that the education they received during the first two decades of their professional life will be sufficient for their working lives.

Monthly Highlight

While grades may indicate how much a student has learned in a particular subject, it is not necessarily an accurate reflection of their overall understanding and potential for growth. Grades are typically determined by a student's ability to recall and apply information on tests, quizzes, and assignments, while knowledge encompasses a broader range of skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication. We need to be aware of the difference!
