6 年In a gun vs gun scenario, there is no de-escalation. An officer has a gun pointed at him, is he expected to allow the suspect to shoot him, and possibly kill him before engaging?? It’s rare that a video of an officer involved shooting gets aired/viewed in its entirety. Only the outcome wether good or bad is shown, never what led up to the moment.
