Contributing to Breast Cancer Awareness Month with AVON

Avon Bulgaria had a special stand dedicated to gathering funds for breast cancer. By purchasing the limited edition products created for this occasion Megapark's tenants had the chance to participate in the fight against this horrible disease. We hope to continue contributing to this important cause in the future!

Celebrating International Men’s Day

A special occasion for us in November was the celebration of International Men’s Day. We showed appreciation for all the men in Megapark Office Complex by providing them with sweets accompanied by affirmations. Acknowledging the special contribution men bring into our society is something we hope we’re doing even when it’s not the 19th of November.

We held the first farmer's market at Megapark

Fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy, wine and dried meat - all of this was presented during the first farmer's market we had in Megapark. Lozeto Estate winery, Farm Bagri, Vino & Meze and Vega Fruits let us enjoy a variety of authentic foods and drinks and we brought many pieces home to share them with our loved ones.

Christmas is coming and with it our Charity Christmas Market. You will be able to support the following? organizations: Dar Pazar platform, "Our premature children" foundation, Association "Egida", SEPD - Plovdiv, Stanimira Chocolate house, Ole Male project, "Sharo" foundation simply by purchasing something on December 6th. This is all thanks to Interimage, Be One Hotels, AYA Estate Vineyards and Cult Gourmet catering - our partners without whom this wouldn’t be happening.?

Tanya Kosseva Boshova at EXPO REAL 2023

Tanya Kosseva-Boshova, MRICS took part in the 2023 edition of EXPO REAL. She spoke in the expert panel “Spotlight on CEE - Markets on the Move”. ЕXPO Real 2023, which was held on the 5th of October in Munich, gathered together the most prominent figures in the real estate business. It focused on the latest developments in the industry and also covered different topics such as sustainability, digitalization, and finance.

Tanya Kosseva Boshova participated in the Future of Work Summit 2023

Lion's Head 's Managing Director and Partner Tanya Kosseva-Boshova, MRICS was a part of the panel discussion “Navigating the Work Models of the Future”, which was a part of the Future of Work Summit 2023. The event gathered the leading Human Resources and Employer Branding professionals in Bulgaria. Together they emphasized that the future of the business sector lies within its employees, as their retention and engagement are the main components of a successful company.

Lion’s Head’s representatives attend BalREC

Three of our representatives attended the BalREC Conference on November 9th at Sofia Event Center. Georgi Popchev was part of the first panel and discussed the outlook of the Bulgarian office market. During the second panel, Stela Zlatkova shed light upon new workstyle specifics. Tanya Kosseva-Boshova, MRICS participated as a moderator in the fourth panel which had a focus on retail. The BalREC Conference gathered together truly leading real estate professionals and the Lion’s Head’s team was proud to contribute to it.
