Office Support Specialist:
Non-exempt, Full-time, Union
Department:?Positive Health Solutions
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30 pm, 37.5 hours

Brief Description:??Under direction, performs a wide variety of office support tasks and provides support to Positive Health Solutions leadership team. A primary focus is the assistance with creation of agency written policies, brochures, newsletters, along with the PHS programs guidance. The position will be the single point of contact for all new client/patient referrals. Requires knowledge of various office software packages/data entry and can function at a level of independence while showing good judgement and initiative.

CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER
1.??????High school graduation or equivalent.
2.??????One (1) year (12 months) of work experience comparable to the second level of this series.
3.??????Any one or any combination of the following, totaling two (2) years (24 months) of experience in the categories below:
A.?????work experience performing office/clerical activities, including use of computer systems
B.?????college or university course work in any curriculum
§?twelve (12) semester hours = six (6) months
