Office share opportunity with Setup

UPDATE:

In February 2023, we signed a three-year lease extension on our current office space, but we have the first-right-of-refusal on the additional space. If we can find a small company that wants to share the space with us, then we will exercise the option, remove a few walls, and have the space made ready for use.

At Setup, we are looking to grow.

The building has charm and character, and our space is filled with beautiful natural light where our team can exercise our values - Honorable, Approachable, Insightful, Tenacious, and Innovative.

We now have the opportunity to double our current space (from ~1,000 SF to ~2,000 SF) to include the adjoining suite giving us a large breakroom, conference room, and room to breathe. While the new space will be much bigger, we are still only planning on being in the office two days a week.

This is where you come in... do know of a small company (maybe 3-10 people) that could be a good fit to share our office? This company could either take a few days that the Setup team is not in person, or we could all be there together on the same days.

We plan to charge the company a flat monthly fee ($2,000/month) that would include parking, desks/furniture, snacks, drinks, printing, wifi, etc. This would be an upgrade from a co-working space and likely less expensive. There would be no long-term commitment.
